1. Appointments & Scheduling
- Prior booking is recommended to ensure availability.
- Last-minute rescheduling will be subject to slot availability.
- For bridal, tattoo, or long-duration services, 30–50% advance may be required.
2. Cancellations
- Cancellations must be informed at least 3 hours before the appointment.
- No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of advance payments.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Prices differ based on hair length, product selection, and customization.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Full payment must be made at the completion of service.
- We accept UPI and Cash.
4. Service Guarantee
- We strive for customer satisfaction; however, results may vary based on hair/skin/nail type.
- Corrections or touch-ups must be requested within 48 hours of the service.
- No refunds on completed services.
5. Health & Safety
- Please inform us of allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before the service.
- Customers are responsible for disclosing relevant information.
- Tattoo clients must be 18+ and will be required to sign a consent form.
6. Personal Belongings
- Customers are responsible for their personal items.
- Elara Beauty House is not liable for any loss or damage.
7. Photography & Social Media
- With your consent, we may use pictures/videos of your service results for promotional purposes.
- No images will be used without permission.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
- A client displays inappropriate behavior
- There is a risk to hygiene or safety
- A client is unwell or has an infectious condition
